We cut classes short on Monday this week and boarded a boat on Monday evening for a cruise up the Volga river. The cruise will last three days and take us to four different ports along the river.
This is the group and all of our stuff before we got on the boat.

This is a picture of our not so spacious cabin in the boat and my roommate Jackie. I had the top bunk. To the left is our shower/toilet which got drenched every time you took a shower but on the plus side we didn't have to share the facilities with anyone else!
This is the sunset the first night on the boat...beautiful!
